Our stay was amazing, East Hampton was a beautiful house. The house was clean and was ready early for our check in. The lower AC unit needs some Freon or maintenance. Would definitely like to come back

East Hampton was great
This has become one of our favorite houses. It’s like being beachfront the views are amazing. There’s plenty of room with 5 bedrooms. The pool was great. You walk out the gate to your sidewalk cross one street and there’s a black matted path to beach. Such a short walk. Everything in kitchen you need. We didn’t have a broom called Collins and within an hour had one. Plenty of bath towels.

Great Family Week at East Hampton
Our family enjoyed our week with our kids and 2 grandkids. This is a great home. Yes it has many stairs but all with great views. Top level has amazing view of pool and ocean. Second level has great porch with swing with access from both master bedrooms. Kitchen is stocked very well for cooking and meals with family. The pool is great to enjoy after day at beach. Plenty of room for everyone and plenty of parking room. Our dog loved it also. Thank you for allowing us to rent your beautiful home.

Loved it!
We’re long-time (24 yrs) visitors who’ve stayed in a lot of homes … East Hampton is easily in the top 3 and probably #1 for our family. Comfortable home for adults, teens & kiddos. Great pool and porches. Speaking of porches … the views are amazing! Beach access is the best - literally a short, easy walk from pool to the sand. A week at SGI is always incredible, East Hampton made it even better. We will be back!

Great location and amenities
This was our 2nd stay at East Hampton. It had possibly been 10 years ago. The house location is great for shopping at the center of the island. In addition, the view and distance from the 2nd tier to the ocean is about the best you can have. The kitchen is the best equipped that I have ever seen. The main floor is open and spacious and the deck is the the full width of the house and has good seating on the two levels. Nice touch in the bathrooms where a box of very nice shampoo, conditioner, lotion and body wash was available. The pool is a great size and our family loves playing volleyball in the pool. Plenty of lounge chairs on the pool deck. We used the gas grill a few times. It was surprisingly pretty clean. The house could use a deep cleaning, plus some fresh paint on the woodwork. We had to call maintenance about the sliding door on the main level and the front door. While they were there, we had them try to get one of the Tvs online to no avail. As a result they had the cable company come out the next day and they replaced a bad hmdi cable. Our group loved the house and location.

East Hamtopn
East Hampton was lovely except for three flights to get to main living floor.. Wish we had known that. The house deserves a younger family. Thanks for helping us find a house better suited for next November! The last night's laundry did not dry. THERE SEEMS TO BE A PROBLEM WITH THE CLOTHES DRYER. We appreciate Collins so much and especially the way you quickly got the gas fire place operating. We enjoyed it a few cool evenings. The family had plenty of beds and bathrooms and we truly enjoyed the porches and views. It's always grand to have a large kitchen! Two other things that didn't bother us but might others: NO FAN IN TOP BEDROOM and NO WI FI IN KING BEDROOM. Just letting you know. See you next year! The Sperling - Collins family for 20+ years

Spacious with great view
East Hampton is a very spacious home. The views from the top are terrific. Bedrooms and bathrooms are nicely placed. Kitchen is big, well stocked, and faces the ocean. Loved the pool terrace and easy walk to the beach. There are 37 steps from the driveway to the kitchen at the top, so lots and lots of steps during your stay.

East Hampton
