Eagles Rest

Very relaxing vacation
Nice view. About a 2 minute walk to the beach via the boardwalk. Kitchen was well appointed and the furniture was comfortable. We've vacationed probably 20 times at SGI and this was one of the nicer homes we've stayed in. First time in the Plantation. This is a very quiet neighborhood compared to the middle of the island. Super clean and comfortable!
Super clean and comfortable. View is the big plus here. No home in front of this across the street house. House was perfectly equipped. Beach chairs, umbrella and beach toys not to mention the kitchen that had plenty of pots, pans, and utensils. We will definitely book again! Family Vacation

Home-away-from-home!
This home was truly a home-away-from-home. Fabulous view of the Gulf with a short walk to the beach. Fully stocked kitchen, games to play, skim boards and beach chairs. Cozy rocking chairs and comfortable beds. Perfect for a family looking for together time and a quiet getaway. Great Time For All!!!
We really enjoyed our week at the Eagles Rest! It's a very nice property in the plantation, which is a very nice community. We stayed here once before in 2018 and intended to in 2020 before covid hit. I really don't have anything negative to say, other than the stairs are a bit difficult for someone in my age in shape. They had pretty much everything we needed, and we enjoyed a little trivial pursuit each evening! Q: CANCELLATION AND RESERVATION CHANGES- Staff S. Posted: 07/01/2024A:For reservations booked in advance (greater than 30 days prior to arrival): You may cancel, change dates, or switch properties within seven (7) days of the contract date with no penalty. Please note: after the seven (7) days, we cannot refund your advance rental payment unless equivalent revenue is generated from another rental customer for the same time period. When your reservation is confirmed, any cancellation, date or property changes will be subject to this policy. If the property re-rents and generates the equivalent revenue, we will refund your advance rental payment, minus a Cancellation Fee of 10% of the published rate.
For reservations booked within 30 days of arrival: You may cancel, change dates, or switch properties on the same day of the booking. Please note: after your booking date, we cannot refund your rental payment unless equivalent revenue is generated from another rental customer for the same dates. When your reservation is confirmed, any cancellation, date or property changes will be subject to this policy. Refunds will be issued in the same form the payment was made. Please note: credit card refunds will be issued to the same card the payment was received (including gift cards).

Guests with Travel Protection Insurance will be directed to contact their insurer. Please note: Collins Vacation Rentals does not refund or reschedule for weather events.
