Absolutely most amazing beach vacation we have ever had! House was clean, beautiful landscaping, and had everything we could want and more! Very private beach, bike trails, easy access to everything! Private pool was an extra bonus too! We will be back again next year! Thank you!!

Dune It Right
Beautiful home and location! The pool is very refreshing and the ocean is less than 25 steps across the sand from the steps! Very comfortable beds too while waking up to the beautiful sunrise! Loved my stay and enjoyed a well equipped kitchen. Hope to return to this awesome home again!

Gorgeous and magical
We stayed in this beautiful beach house on St. George Island with our two children, and it was hands down one of the most relaxing and special family vacations we’ve ever had. From the moment we arrived, the stress melted away. The house is set in a gorgeous, peaceful location right on the beach, with stunning views of the Gulf that feel calming the second you see them. Waking up to the sound of the waves and enjoying coffee on the deck while watching the sunrise became our favorite morning ritual. The island itself is quiet and uncrowded, which made us feel completely at ease with the kids. For our children, this place was absolute heaven. The wide, clean, and uncrowded beach felt incredibly safe and perfect for playing, swimming, building sandcastles, collecting shells, and running freely for hours. We loved how easy it was to go back and forth from the house to the beach—no packing up the car, no rushing, just effortless beach days. As parents, we truly got to relax. The home is spacious, comfortable, and thoughtfully designed for families, giving everyone room to unwind. Even after full days at the beach, we could enjoy peaceful evenings on the deck, listening to the waves while the kids played or rested inside. It felt like the kind of place where time slows down in the best possible way. What made this stay so special is that it was equally outstanding for both children and adults—fun, freedom, and adventure for the kids, and real rest, beauty, and tranquility for us. St. George Island is a rare gem, and this home captures everything that makes it magical. We left feeling recharged, connected, and already dreaming of coming back. If you’re looking for a truly relaxing family beach getaway in a stunning setting, this is the place. 🌊💙 We couldn’t recommend it more.

Dune It Right is the way to go!

Beachfront is the ONLY way to vacation and this home was only few steps away from the surf, BEST sleeping with sliders open to enjoy the sounds! Spacious home, well equipped with nice furnishings!  Loved outdoor living outback with the beach, in front with swimming pool and top-notch outdoor shower!  Very clean!  Great communication with Collins property manage. Will be back!!

Our Favorite

By far, our favorite beach vacation ever! We've been spoiled by this perfect backyard ocean view! You can literally wake up, glance outside before moving out of bed, and see the dolphins swim by. The neighborhood was peaceful, quiet, pristine, upscale, and private. It felt safe enough to leave the doors unlocked while we strolled the lush streets, or walked the beach. The bathrooms are all brand new, updated and sparkling clean. The seating on the double decks is almost overkill, so many new Polywood gliders, table sets, etc where you can gather family for a meal, or simply enjoy the sea breeze. During our late April stay, the ocean was warm enough to enjoy, the water was clear, and the waves were at a minimum. (and no crowds anywhere!) Truly a calm sea, with herons coming by to visit, unbothered by the fact that there were fishermen, folks strolling by, and pups enjoying the beach as well. Beds: excellent, felt new, with new bedding etc. TVs worked, internet worked, there is a brand new gas grill, and the steaks purchased at the local (mini) Piggly Wiggly on the island were great, and cost less per pound than my local market in Ga! Paddy's Raw Bar, BJ's Pizza, and the Blue Parrot all provided great meals and service. This location was an unexpected surprise, the perfect spot if you go to the beach for the BEACH and not the crowds. There was ample parking under the home, shaded, and a private swimming pool, plus another olympic sized pool at the clubhouse. In addition to the upper deck, main deck, and beachside decks, there are short 'boardwalks' where you can sit in the sun, and still be feet away from the water, the outdoor shower, and the house/kitchen/bathrooms. Amazing! The convenience of this home will make it a repeat location for us. Everything was low stress, easy, comfortable, clean, and again, CONVENIENT! LOVED IT! The island is just remote enough to truly give you a spectacular star show in the evenings, so free from city lights, the sky is just magical in the evenings. There are three king bed suites that all face the ocean, in addition to another queen bedroom. We could hardly decide which room to take because all had special features and fantastic views. We are sold, will be back! Thank you for sharing this great home.

ZERO Steps to the beach!

Amazing Deck!

We’ve stayed in a lot of houses over the years at SGI and this was one of our favorites - it was very clean, the deck was great any time of day (from coffee to cocktails), and the view was amazing. Our family loved using the table on the deck to eat our meals or play card games. We would definitely stay here again! This review was submitted while the home was managed by a different property management company.

Great Beach Vacation at SGI
The home is beautiful and well equipped for the full beach experience. We especially enjoyed walking down the stairs of the back deck and only a few steps from the ocean. The warm shower at the ground level was perfect for cleaning off. The beach is private and beautiful and you can watch the sun rise by just stepping out onto the deck from the spacious bed rooms. We were even visited by a loggerhead turtle one night that had attempted to make a nest within the dunes. The area is perfect for bikes given all the bike trails. We had a wonderful time. Thank you for providing a great beach experience.

Dune It Right - PERFECT!
Making life-long memories will bring us back to Dune It Right for years to come! I'm in LOVE with this home, the gated Plantation community, private beach, pool and back porch oceanside dining. This special home is beautifully updated, so well appointed, bright and SUPER clean. All kitchenware and linens are new and high quality. All the beach and pool needs are there, grill and an outdoor shower. Biking is a must! The porch rockers are just dreamy! I cannot wait to vacation with my family here again ASAP!

The PERFECT beachfront home!
Dune It Right is truly the best Florida beachfront home we have ever experienced! The home is so well appointed with everything I expected, in the highest quality, from kitchen to linens, furnishings and beds. My favorite spot is the beach viewing porch; it is magical! Every private suite has the ocean view we love. Everything we needed for the beach, private pool and outdoor cooking was right there for us - even an outdoor shower. The gated Plantation community is amazingly peaceful and private - especially beachside where we felt like the ONLY people there. We love the BEACH and St. George Island is still the best place to escape and relax. We cannot wait to make this home our beach "home" again for years to come!
