This perfect beachfront home offers 4 bedrooms and 3 full baths and has been pleasingly renovated just for you. The renovation showcases nicely refinished floors throughout the home, updated modern furniture, and chic decor and artwork just for your enjoyment.
The first level of this home is the main living area with an open kitchen, granite countertops, and stainless appliances and is well stocked to delight most any cook in the family. The personally designed dining table comfortably seats 8 with 4 barstools at the kitchen island providing ample space for those casual afternoon dinners.
The living room area is designed with a restful and laid-back vibe with a family game table, a new sectional sofa to offer cozy seating for the whole family, a large TV for those family movies and direct access to the covered beachside porch. The beachside porch has 2 porch swings, a picnic table and several nice pieces of extra outdoor seating for everyone to enjoy. On each side of the living room area there are 2 main bedrooms and each of these bedrooms offer their own private access to the large covered beachside porch. The king bedroom has its own private Master bathroom. The Queen bedroom shares a bathroom with the kids bedroom with 2 twin beds that is on the north side of the home.
The top floor Master suite offers a king bed with an updated Master bathroom with dual vanities and a walk-in shower. The top floor Master has its own private deck perfect for those early morning sunrises while enjoying your morning cup of brew!
Our guests have their own private boardwalk for access to the beach, and when they are ready for a family adventure there is a bike path located just outside the front door for that short bike ride to the Plantation Clubhouse, pool and tennis courts!

Please note: after the seven (7) days, we cannot refund your advance rental payment unless equivalent revenue is generated from another rental customer for the same time period. When your reservation is confirmed, any cancellation, date or property changes will be subject to this policy. If the property re-rents and generates the equivalent revenue, we will refund your advance rental payment, minus a Cancellation Fee of 10% of the published rate.

Refunds will be issued in the same form the payment was made. Please note: credit card refunds will be issued to the same card the payment was received (including gift cards).

Guests with Travel Protection Insurance will be directed to contact their insurer. Please note: Collins Vacation Rentals does not refund or reschedule for weather events.
