This is a spacious house with two new balconies on a beautiful spot on the beach. We has several problems. On June 2, I spoke with the head of maintenance to tell him about a broken sliding glass door in one bedroom and a crack in the glass cooktop in the kitchen. I told him the outside shower and the hot tub were not working. I mentioned that a kitchen drawer was off the track and could not be closed. I said the finish on the dining table was off and it was sticky, “ but probably wasn’t anything that could be done about that “. ( the table needs to be refinished or replaced) a plumber came and “fixed “ the shower, although in the process our hot water was cut off. He came back that afternoon to correct that. He did get the hot tub up and running. But 2 days later the shower stopped working. Now we discover that another kitchen drawer has fallen out and landed on the floor. Thankfully not on someone’s foot. Our children did not mention to us that 2 if the bedrooms were not cool, so we did not report it. That was a big mistake on our part. I want to mention that the pool area had nails in the sandy area by the pool, below the new balconies. I hope no one steps on them. Guest service manager, LaQuasha listened as I explained our issues. She reported that I should have spoken up about the lack of cool air when we were there. This house needs some attention! There are tiles missing around the pool and the fences are all down as you walk to the beach- unkept.

The owner is continuously investing in upgrades to the home, and your feedback is valuable in helping us prioritize future improvements. We are currently reviewing the items you mentioned, including the kitchen drawers, dining table, and pool area, to ensure they are addressed appropriately.
