Cotton Patch exceeded our expectations! Awesome location and the house had everything you needed for your stay. The pool was great when you needed a break from the beach, which was only steps away. St. George has our hearts!

Pleasantly surprised!! 5 stars
Once a year for over a quarter of a century, we have family from all over the country meet for a week to spend quality together on SGI. We usually take up 4-6 houses. My family didn’t commit until late this year due to moving our recent graduate to her new city. We stayed in Cotton Patch which was available near our normal (but taken) rental. It was amazing! Fully stocked with everything needed in the kitchen, very clean, thoughtfully decorated. Highly recommend!

Great home & location
Our family of 8 had a wonderful stay at Cotton Patch. You couldn't ask for a better location. So easy to walk across the street and go over the beach access to ocean. The kitchen was probably the best stocked we've had at SGI throughout our years visiting. The air fryer and crockpot were very welcomed. Everything was well laid out throughout the home and everything you need. You can walk to everything, including Aunt Ebby's which is one of our favorites. We did rent bikes which everyone enjoyed. The pool is a little smaller than we expected but enjoyed by all. Would definitely stay here again.

WE LOVE THIS HOUSE!
What a wonderful time we had! The house was perfect! Fully stocked kitchen. Great for our Pup! Great views of the whole island! You can see the beach and the bay! We will definitely be rebooking Cotton Patch!
