This home is located in the prestigious Sunset Beach gated community with access to their Clubhouse with heated community pool and tennis court.
COMMUNITY POOL (The target heating for the pool in the winter months is 85 degrees. The only time the pool will not open is if the ambient temperature is 55 degrees or below.)
SUNSET BEACH AMENITIES include tennis, pickleball and basketball courts.

Belle Isle for the win
As a family we visited St George Island for nearly 20 years and generally stayed in Sunset Village. We love this area because the beach is not crowded.. there is a community pool in the center which is also not crowded… for about 6 years we vacationed elsewhere but decided to return this year and rented Belle Isle. This home is beautiful just like the pictures, and the kitchen has every appliance, gadget, pots and pans etc , one could ever dream of. The layout accommodates multiple families nicely and allows for space to breath - without bumping into everyone. Collin’s vacation rentals were wonderful to work with. They also provided the cutest beach bag- which my DIL snatched up immediately . Plenty of towels, beds were very comfortable, beach towels and beach chairs and toys were all included at Belle Isle. Just the perfect family retreat- wish we could have stayed longer. My Happy Place
My family and I just finished our week long vacation at St George . We returned to vacation here after vacationing elsewhere for the couple of years. I was so glad to see not much has changed, and the natural beauty of the Island remains- family time is just that- beach, pool, long walks, meals together - and family card games. Perfect!
