We’ve been renting from Collins and the Dimon for around 24years. We feel like we are at home when we vacation at St. George Is. The house is wonderful and the Collins staff is awesome. Wouldn’t think of renting elsewhere.

Beachfront at its Best
Back to the Island couldn’t have been much better. Great spot, fully stocked, clean and perfect view. All tile floors were great for our dogs. Loved the outdoor furniture and deck. The beds were comfortable but the frames were squeaky. Regardless, would go back here in a heartbeat.

Dimon 2024 Vaction
Overall the wife and I were very pleased with DIMON and will be looking to book this property again pending availability. Our vacation was perfect on the island. Started out on the negative side having to wait an hour past check-in to be allowed into the property. When I contacted the office I was told that they had to wait for the property to be inspected. Well, wife and I showed up at the property at 2:45pm and the crew was in the process of cleaning the property. So we waited outside the unit and they completed everything by 3:45. Well 4pm came and the code provided wasn't working. That's when we contacted the office and was told they're waiting on it to be inspected. Then by 5pm before we get a text that the unit is available. So the hour & 15 minutes we waited for inspection no one ever came by. But once inside the property there was and inspection card on the counter signed off. Check in needs to be improved. If you're advertising check-in by 4pm then that's what needs to happen.

Beautiful beach house
My husband and I have stayed at this house for a week four times. We love the decor, decks, and location. The master bathroom needs a bit of attention but overall it’s a wonderful place to stay.

Vacation 2025
We’ve been renting this vacation home formerly known as Dimon now Back to Island since 1999. We vacation at St George every year. We love the home and the Island. We feel at home when we are there. We love the screen porch. Only thing that would help now that we are getting older would be a lift to bypass steps but we know a big ask. Thank you Collins and the owners for allowing us to enjoy the beach life for a week.
