This charming Plantation-style vacation home is the perfect coastal retreat.
The first-level master suite features a king bed, twin bed, and an updated master bath. A guest bedroom on this level is appointed with double/twin bunk beds and a shared bathroom with a tub-shower unit. Both bedrooms have direct access to a spacious covered deck, ideal for morning coffee or relaxing evenings.
The second level is the main living area, offering an open-concept living, dining, and kitchen space. The kitchen features a breakfast bar, while the dining room opens to a large living area with soaring ceilings and abundant natural light. Just off this level, your family can enjoy a covered porch with outdoor dining table and a sun deck perfect for soaking up the sun or coastal breezes.
The top floor offers a private loft bedroom with a queen bed and a full size guest bathroom, providing extra space and privacy for family or friends.
Outdoors, relax and unwind in the sparkling swimming pool, perfect for hot summer days. End your beach day with a rinse in the enclosed outdoor shower with hot and cold water or prepare your coastal catch at the fish cleaning station. A park style grill is also provided for afternoon cookouts.
Located just a short walk to the beach and a leisurely bike ride to the Plantation Clubhouse, Auburn Sunrise is the perfect combination of comfort, charm, and serenity for your family vacation.

The house was very nice, very clean. It had everything we needed for our stay except toilet paper, I think that should be provided to us for the week that we stayed. Fun times at Auburn Sunrise
We had a great time at Auburn Sunrises. The house suited our family of 5 adults and a baby. The short walk to the beach was very easy. The kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed. The only thing I would change is the mattresses in each bedroom need to be replaced. Especially the master bedroom, the bed was very uncomfortable. We fell in love with SGI!
We stayed at Auburn Sunrise and loved the location! Short walk to the beach to sun or to star gaze. We biked and/or walked every day! Saw dolphins, pelicans, etc. Collins was fantastic to work with. Very responsive when I had questions. I even sent a message in the evening, expecting to hear back in the morning but got a response within 15 minutes! The house worked well for 3 adults and 2 children. Chairs and a wagon were provided for the beach. Also a kayak that we did not use. Posted: 06/11/2024A:For reservations booked in advance (greater than 30 days prior to arrival): You may cancel, change dates, or switch properties within seven (7) days of the contract date with no penalty. Please note: after the seven (7) days, we cannot refund your advance rental payment unless equivalent revenue is generated from another rental customer for the same time period. When your reservation is confirmed, any cancellation, date or property changes will be subject to this policy. If the property re-rents and generates the equivalent revenue, we will refund your advance rental payment, minus a Cancellation Fee of 10% of the published rate.
For reservations booked within 30 days of arrival: You may cancel, change dates, or switch properties on the same day of the booking. Please note: after your booking date, we cannot refund your rental payment unless equivalent revenue is generated from another rental customer for the same dates. When your reservation is confirmed, any cancellation, date or property changes will be subject to this policy. If the property re-rents and generates the equivalent revenue, we will refund your rental payment, minus a Cancellation Fee of 10% of the published rate.
Refunds will be issued in the same form the payment was made. Please note: credit card refunds will be issued to the same card the payment was received (including gift cards).
Your reservation will be cancelled if you fail to arrive within 24 hours of arrival date, unless you have notified our office previously. Guests with Travel Protection Insurance will be directed to contact their insurer. Please note: Collins Vacation Rentals does not refund or reschedule for weather events.
