American Pie
This was the second time we have stayed at American Pie. I love the upgrades and redo the new owners have done. The new mattresses in all of the bedrooms are so welcomed. The kitchen is fully stocked and has all that you need. I love that they have redone both full bathrooms and placed the washer and dryer on the second floor. Beautiful and comfortable place right in the thick of things. Feedback to improve would be to let people know that the hot and cold water in both upstairs bathrooms are reversed. We called the maintenance because we had no hot water but you actually have to use the cold for hot and hot for cold. A storm had come through and several screens were torn off the screened in porch and some siding was hanging down banging against the house every time it rained and stormed. The second floor has a leak when it rains hard coming in the sliding glass door. None of that hindered our time, we had a great time and love the house. It was a wonderful week !

Wonderful week
We had a great week on St George at American Pie. The unique nostalgic decor was bright and cheerful, comfortable beds, quality appliances. The decks on 3 different levels were perfect to sit and relax to watch the waves and dolphins. The house was clean and tidy (thank you Collins!) and the new complimentary toiletry boxes were appreciated. We have been coming to St George every October for almost 20 years and American Pie is one of our favorite homes, and Collins is the best rental agency on the island.

Perfect Beach House
American Pie is the perfect beach house for our family. We absolutely love the decor!! It’s the perfect location, within walking distance to the ice cream shop, restaurants & shops. We wanted to stay there since seeing it last year & it did not disappoint. We can’t wait to come back!!!

Amazing house
Our first time at American pie and it was amazing. Soon as you walk in you know your at the beach with the beachy colors. The kitchen with the booth and bar stools and colors is just perfect. We slept so good on the mattresses they were super comfy. The bathrooms are huge and so pretty. Everything you need is in the kitchen from popcorn maker to coffee pot to waffle maker to utensils. Walking right down to the beach perfect.

First time hopefully not last!
Being from South Jersey we have spent countless vacations on the Mid-Atlantic shores but this is our first time at St George Island. Absolutely loved the area and American Pie! Only had one off day weather wise and the water was a balmy 66 lol. From previous reviews I see that the house was updated and everything was very nice. Central location is great and beach front is beautiful. Would only advise for older renters that the steps leading to the top bedroom are very steep with short treads. May be difficult to climb for some people. Hopefully we'll be back next year!

American Pie
We enjoyed our stay at American Pie very much. It was our third time staying on St. George Island and your third different rental. American Pie was our favorite so far and we hope to return. Love the fact that two bedrooms have beach/ocean views as our guests were able to enjoy the ocean as much as we do.

Wonderful vacation
We have stayed in several properties on the island but American Pie has become our favorite. Location was great and the layout of the house really worked for my family. American Pie has definitely become our go to property!

Beautiful House / Great Location
This was our 2nd stay at American Pie. We love the house and it’s proximity to the beach. The screened porch and 3rd floor deck are great places to relax. The jukebox is a great addition this year. We really enjoyed it!! Can’t wait to visit again!

Retro Beach House - American Pie
This was our first time staying on St. George Island. We usually stay in Cape San Blas, but wanted a change. Since we loved the state park on St. George, we felt it would be a great place for us and so we looked for a rental. We'd heard about Collins Realty from a friend and decided to check out their website. We love staying Gulf Front so we only looked at homes right on the beach. When we saw American Pie, we fell in love with it! It was the cutest house and the retro design peeked our interests. We booked it right away and were happy to have found a nice place. When we checked in, everything was seamless. We did the contactless check in and it was great. The house was so cute and we felt at home instantly. The location was perfect! The only problem we had was a slight gap in the door to the screened in porch that let noseeums in while we were sitting out there. That was a minor inconvenience compared to all the good things we experienced. We loved how close it was to the state park and how quiet our end of the beach was. We'd definitely stay there again!

American Pie is great
American Pie was perfect for our family. The 50’s diner inspired a cheeseburger and fries night. The top deck offered incredible star gazing. The location to the beach was perfect. The house is equipped great. We wanted for nothing. We already booked it for next year.
