The master suite is located on the west side and offers a spacious retreat with a king size bed, direct access to the covered deck and an en-suite bathroom featuring a walk-in shower and double vanity. On the east side of the home, the second bedroom includes a queen bed, single day bed and trundle, with an en-suite bathroom complete with a standard shower/tub combo. The third bedroom boasts a king bed, direct deck access and an en-suite bathroom with a walk-in shower.
The open concept layout connects the living, dining and kitchen areas, offering stunning views of the Gulf from every angle. Two separate sitting areas provide ample space for relaxation, each equipped with surround sound, comfortable seating and sliding glass doors leading to the large covered deck. The fully equipped kitchen features stainless appliances, breakfast bar that seats four and a wooden dining table for six. For easy access, the elevator opens right next to the dining area.
Throughout the home, enjoy fun coastal decorations, with wood flooring in the main living areas and tile in the bathrooms for easy maintenance.
Step outside to your private paradise! The expansive screened-in covered deck spans the width of the home, offering panoramic views of the pool and the Gulf of Mexico. There's plenty of seating and lounge chairs, perfect for soaking up the sun or relaxing in the sunken hot tub. A private walkover leads directly to the beach or down to the pool area, where you'll find ample seating and a gas grill by the private pool.
Additional amenities include a fish cleaning station, outdoor shower, seperate outdoor half bath and corn hole boards. There's also a laundry room conveniently located by the dining area, and both driveway and under-house parking are available.
With easy access to the beach, breathtaking views and high-end amenities, Absolutely Paradise truly lives up to its name!

Excellent house and location
Absolutely Paradise is a great house right on the beach. It's very comfortable and has plenty of amenities without being overly fancy. Our group has stayed in this house for a week for several summers in a row and we love it. The boardwalk to the beach is perfect and now it has a pool to enjoy between visits to the beach!
