1 Single Bunk (End to End)
The first floor features two spacious bedroom suites and a convenient laundry room. The first suite includes a queen bed and an en-suite bathroom with a walk-in shower. The second suite offers a king bed, direct access to a covered deck and an en-suite bathroom with a shower/tub combo.
Upstairs, the second floor boasts an open-concept living, dining, and kitchen area, all with stunning Gulf views. The living room provides comfortable seating and direct access to a covered deck, perfect for enjoying the sea breeze. A large dining table seats six, with an additional breakfast table for four. The well-equipped kitchen features stainless appliances and all the essentials for preparing meals. This floor also includes a full bathroom with a walk-in shower.
The third floor is home to the third bedroom, which features a queen bed and built-in twin beds arranged end-to-end, making it an ideal space for families or groups.
Outside, you'll find covered decks on the first and second floors, plus a ground-level sun deck with seating and an outdoor shower. A charcoal park-style grill is available for outdoor cooking. A private boardwalk leads you to a sandy path and the pristine white shores of the Gulf, making beach access effortless.

We are ALL Aboard the Katie Leigh!
We have stayed at different Island Cottages several times and I think this may be our favorite. You can't beat the location but this one is special- beautifully decorated with absolutely everything you need to enjoy your stay to the fullest. I love that the third floor bedroom is a private room instead the loft that you see in many other cottages. The kitchen was wonderfully stocked- it even had an air fryer- sometimes it's the little things that mean the most and this was wonderful down to the smallest detail. The beachfront deck ocean views are amazing and there's even a small balcony off the kitchen on the island side in case you want to people watch. Great House
Aboard the Katie Leigh is a great house in a great location close to it all. The homeowners go all out to make their vacation home welcoming to its visitors. The house and furnishings are lovely and are so well appointed. The owners provide everything to make your visit enjoyable. The covered porches are great for just chilling and viewing the surroundings. The Katie Leigh is the only house on the row with an upstairs front porch (great for taking photos of the lighthouse). Such a cute and well decorated cottage beach house & we loved the location. Walked to Blue Parrot, Aunt Ebby's Ice cream shop, and the coffee shop just across the street was a huge plus. If the property re-rents and generates the equivalent revenue, we will refund your advance rental payment, minus a Cancellation Fee of 10% of the published rate.
