Beautiful Place in a beautiful setting ! Screened pool and porch are great. The neighborhood is clean and quiet and the island is just a wonderful place. Loved it !!

Perfection
This was our first stay at A Tranquil Turtles Nest, but not our last. We found the home to be very comfortable and well maintained. The kichen was very well stocked with high quality dinnerware, cooking pots and pans, and utensils. And a big pantry closet was a huge plus. While not on the beach, it's only a short walk to a very quiet part of the beach. The neighborhood is beautiful and we met many great neighbors with their dogs on our daily walks on the quiet streets and paths in The Plantation. The screened porch was a perfect place to watch the sunset. The home really felt like our home away from home, and we're looking forward to staying there again next year.

Great Ranch House!
We have two smaller kids, so having a one-floor house is really helpful. The house was clean, modern, and there were all the necessary items.

Tranquil Turtles Nest
Absolutely loved this property and location close to plantation entrance. Can not say enough about the wonderful amenities, cleanliness, organized and efficient kitchen and overall appeal! The elevator was a big hit and really helped with loading luggage and groceries. We felt spoiled and would not hesitate to stay here again!

Wonderful home
Lovely clean home in great location! Loved the house, pool, hot tub, location, and landscaping! Loved the kitchen, cooking with the gas range and oven when inside also the gas grill when outside. Absolutely loved the large screened side porch and outdoor shower too !

Highly recommend
The house is spacious, comfortable, and homey. Loved the screened porch and pool. The bikes and beach toys on site were much appreciated. Short walk to the gulf side beach. We would e happy to return here.

Great home!
This home is located on the interior of the island, no view of ocean or Bay, however, it is a beautiful, very-well equipped home. It has a screened pool and hot tub, and is beautifully and very comfortably decorated home. I would love to stay in this home again.

Tranquil turtle nest
This is the second time we’ve stayed at tranquil turtle nest. And we liked it even better than we did before. The home was beautiful —well designed and well stocked. The hot tub was a hit. The water in the pool was cool but not unbearable. This was our spring break and we had a fabulous time. The weather was heavenly, and the stars were so bright and numerous they seem to touch each other. We would love to stay here again in the future

Beautiful vacation home!! Had everything we wanted - spacious rooms, nice TV's in each room, great internet service, kitchen stocked with everything we needed, the screened in porch and screened pool area, safe and quiet neighborhood, great parking area - and everything was clean. Wonderful vacation with our dog
We recently stayed at this lovely beach house at the Plantation in St. George Island. The decor was absolutely charming- cute and perfectly beachy, making us feel right at home. The spacious layout provided plenty of room for everyone. We were specifically pleased that the house was pet friendly, allowing us to bring our furry friend along to the fun! One of the highlights was the location. Just a quick 7 min walk to the beach, we enjoyed easy access to the beautiful, pet friendly shoreline without the hustle and bustle of busy tourist spots. The area was wonderful quiet, making it perfect for relaxation. The screened in porch was another fantastic feature. It provided a pleasant outdoor space were we could sit and enjoy our morning coffee without worrying about bugs. And let not forget about the screens- in heated pool! It was perfect for a refreshing swim at any time of day, while still allowing us the outdoors comfortably. Overall, this beach house exceeded our expectations and made for a perfect getaway. We highly recommend it to anyone looking for a delightful, relaxing beach vacation.

Tranquil Turtle‘s Nest
From the moment we arrived, we were stuck by the wonderful decoration, throughout the house. Each room was tastefully designed, creating a warm and inviting atmosphere that made us feel right at home. One of the standout features was the tranquility of the location. It was the perfect spot for relaxation, allowing us to unwind and escape from the hustles and bustles of daily life. Also the proximity to the beach was fantastic. It was just a short stroll away, making it incredibly convenient for morning walks by the shore. Overall, I highly recommend this beach house for anyone looking for a serene getaway with beautiful decor and easy access to the beach. I can’t wait to go back.

Great house and pool
Loved the house..kitchen has everything we needed…only negative is there is NO drawer space in the second King room….no where to put anything. Master Bedroom is spacious and lots and lots of drawers. Thank you for sharing your home.

Tranquil Turtles Nest
This is our fourth? fifth? stay at this property. Our grandkids call it "the pink house", and going there means "vacation" to them. We had another wonderful week there, and hope to stay there again!

The Tranquil Turtles Nest
This is the third year we've stayed here, had another wonderful time. The home is lovely, well appointed and comfortable. SGI is a great place to stay, with a wonder family atmosphere. Beaches are so beautiful! Hope to stay here again!

This turned out to be one of the best vacations that we ever had! We loved the beach house and amazing pool. Just a short walk to the beach. Short drive to Apalichicola for fun shopping and more dining. We loved Starbucks and ice cream each day. Everyone at Collins was so helpful and kind to me when I left my glasses at the beach house. They even called the laundry company trying to locate my glasses. Luckily, they were found and returned to me in perfect condition. I LOVE Collins rentals and my beautiful Tranquil Turtles Nest.!!!
