Walking into this tastefully decorated interior you are welcomed to the first floor. The open floor plan living, dining, and kitchen all enjoy Gulf Views from the large windows across the front of the home. The living area features comfortable seating and large smart TV. The dining area has a large round table with seating for 8. The stunning kitchen is equipped with stainless steel appliances, quartz countertops, gas stove, kitchen island with additional seating, and a pantry ready to store your vacation snacks! Heading down the hallway off the kitchen to the right you will find the laundry area with a washer and dryer. The half bathroom is located to the left. Straight down the hallway is the master suite. Featuring a King bed, smart TV, and a stunning en-suite bathroom with large soaking tub, walk in shower, double vanity, and water closet. Up the stairwell off the living area the second floor features 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The bunk room features 2 sets of Double bunkbeds and 2 smart TVs. The bunk room shares a bathroom that features a double vanity and standard shower/tub combo with the third bedroom. The third bedroom features a Queen bed and smart TV. The fourth bedroom features a Queen bed, smart TV, and en-suite bathroom with a shower. Your family is especially invited to be our guest in this stunning new beach home!

Great house!!
We were moved to Sunkissed due to a problem with our other rental. We couldn’t have been more pleased. The house is absolutely beautiful. Beds were comfortable. Gracious living, kitchen, and pantry space. We LOVE the pool and covered downstairs space. This unit is advertised as No Pets but there was white dog hair on the furniture and in the washer and dryer. No one in our family is allergic so it wasn’t a problem. We cleaned it out of washer and dryer before we used it and cleaned it from the sofa and chairs as best we. could. Also, note that the bunk room TVs aren’t visible from the beds. Kids were a little disappointed. Great house, great location!

Wonderful/ relaxing place,beautiful house inside/ out. I would recommend this place Sunkissed Property really worth the visit! Was hesitant at first due to the stairs! The beach house property was absolutely beautiful ! I loved staying there it was so relaxing. The accommodations , amenities, beds etc were so comfortable and perfect. Nice house but needs improvement
This is a very nice house but it could use some tweaking. Most importantly, the patio around the pool is extremely slippery when wet. Two members of our party fell and got hurt! The Keurig needs to be descaled and the water filter in the refrigerator needs to be replaced. We had young children and there were no safety features, like a gate at the top of the stairs or an out of reach lock on the front door. I think at the very least the description of the house needs to say it's not young child friendly. We rented Sunkissed for a girl’s trip and the property was beautiful! The decor, amenities and pool were wonderful! I truly enjoyed myself and loved the fact that we were steps away from the beach. If the property re-rents and generates the equivalent revenue, we will refund your advance rental payment, minus a Cancellation Fee of 10% of the published rate.
