No Worries
Nice stay and relaxing vacation. Severe storms destroyed two TV modems/boxes, but remedied timely. Nicely decorated. Our pet enjoyed the balcony and the stay. We enjoyed our stay and a great location to walk to/from restaurants and shops. This was our second stay at this row house (didn't realize there was a discount) but will know for next time. Good, but needs some attention
There were a few things that didn’t work - for example, we couldn’t get the tvs working in any of the bedrooms. The fridge ice maker spits out ice even when the ice maker is not engaged. And the kitchen wasn’t as well stocked as I had hoped. (but in fairness, I should’ve brought my own smoothie blender.) However, the location was great. Would rent here again, but encourage the owners to review. It felt a little rundown. No Worries
We liked the property and loved the location. The multiple stairs were difficult for us. We could tell the sofa was a good one but it had either human or pet odor, including throw pillows. Needs a good shampooing. King bed was comfortable. Plenty of towels were provided. We will use Collins again but for a place with fewer steps. The people were very nice. We did have to go without tv and wifi internet for 3 days due to thunderstorms. Q: CANCELLATION and RESERVATION CHANGES- Staff S. Posted: 03/06/2024A:For reservations booked in advance (greater than 30 days prior to arrival): You may cancel, change dates, or switch properties within seven (7) days of the contract date with no penalty. Please note: after the seven (7) days, we cannot refund your advance rental payment unless equivalent revenue is generated from another rental customer for the same time period. When your reservation is confirmed, any cancellation, date or property changes will be subject to this policy. If the property re-rents and generates the equivalent revenue, we will refund your advance rental payment, minus a Cancellation Fee of 10% of the published rate.
For reservations booked within 30 days of arrival: You may cancel, change dates, or switch properties on the same day of the booking. Please note: after your booking date, we cannot refund your rental payment unless equivalent revenue is generated from another rental customer for the same dates.
