Amazing, relaxing location and home - Thanks for sharing your vacation home with us- kitchen has all you need and then some!!! We will definitely return to this property!!! Knot a Care
We loved this amazing home on the bay and enjoyed every minute there. It’s spacious layout, decor, and kitchen coupled with the back deck, dock and great storage made for a wonderful getaway. We loved the sunset views and paddleboarding. A nearby bay beach and close proximity to ocean were fantastic. Our dog loved the fenced yard and cashing crabs and we brought our golf cart which made trips to beach fun abs easy. Highly recommend this property and we definitely plan to stay here again. Enjoyed house! Well stocked, clean, dock area a great bonus! 2 rolls of toilet paper per bathroom would be helpful. A full size roll of paper towels in kitchen would also be helpful. Awesome house with a nice dock
My family really enjoyed the house and dock. We rented a boat for 5 days and had easy access to the bay. We had a great time in the very quiet neighborhood. My sons even caught fish right off the dock. The largest was a 23 inch Redfish. This was our 3rd time on the Island. Knot a Care
Great house located in a tranquil setting. We had one drizzly day that kept us away from the beach, but this house is so comfortable and welcoming, that we had a nice relaxing time eating in and watching movies. Q:- Staff S. Posted: 03/06/2024A:For reservations booked in advance (greater than 30 days prior to arrival): You may cancel, change dates, or switch properties within seven (7) days of the contract date with no penalty. Please note: after the seven (7) days, we cannot refund your advance rental payment unless equivalent revenue is generated from another rental customer for the same time period. When your reservation is confirmed, any cancellation, date or property changes will be subject to this policy. If the property re-rents and generates the equivalent revenue, we will refund your advance rental payment, minus a Cancellation Fee of 10% of the published rate.
For reservations booked within 30 days of arrival: You may cancel, change dates, or switch properties on the same day of the booking. Please note: after your booking date, we cannot refund your rental payment unless equivalent revenue is generated from another rental customer for the same dates. When your reservation is confirmed, any cancellation, date or property changes will be subject to this policy. If the property re-rents and generates the equivalent revenue, we will refund your rental payment, minus a Cancellation Fee of 10% of the published rate.
Your reservation will be cancelled if you fail to arrive within 24 hours of arrival date, unless you have notified our office previously. Guests with Travel Protection Insurance will be directed to contact their insurer. Please note: Collins Vacation Rentals does not refund or reschedule for weather events.
