Family Vacation
This is the 4th time we stayed at Dimon. We love the house and the view and were glad to see they have made upgrades to the home since the last time we stayed. The only recommendation that we have would be to make the screen door in the master bedroom functional so you can get a breeze from the ocean. Great Family Vacation!

Perfect Stay
This was our first time staying at the Dimon, itI has been a few years since my last visit the Island is still as beautiful as the first stay. The Dimon was a fabulous house it’s amenities, well they have thought of everything you would need. The beach was a short walk down the steps from a screened in deck with the same gorgeous view from the bedrooms as the large great room. Imagine waking up to a sunrise with the sounds of waves breaking on the beach or having a relaxing breakfast on the deck with an ocean breeze. Oh I should add a convenient walk, jog or bicycle ride to good restaurants, many activities, and ice cream shop that serves a national coffee brand. We had a relaxing week and could not ask for a nicer beach home. Woody, Judy and Sadie (our furry family member)

Wonderful rental - Five stars
We have stayed multiple times at Dimon and have loved it every time. This is a great location, the house is well maintained and equipped and pet friendly too! I love the new sliding doors. Best house on the island! This year we got to let our grand baby experience the beach too. (Not sure why the website would not allow me to have five stars, it limited me to four)

Dimon
We’ve been renting from Collins Vacation Rentals for over 20 years. We love the house Dimon. We feel like we are coming to our home away from home each year. Love sitting on the screen porch and enjoying the gulf. We had a wonderful time!

Great place!
We love this house! The outdoor furniture is top of the line and very comfortable. The wall decorations are very tasteful and the living area furniture is also comfortable. The master bathroom cabinets could use some attention. Overall, a perfect place to vacation!
