Attractive and comfortable. Liked that it was closer to the water than some other places. Kitchen well equipped. Good response for questions or when something was needed. TV was difficult to figure out. Beachin it right

Great floor plan. Large spaces. Air filter was clean but grate was dirty. Only 1 of 4 tv's worked and only fully after owner called on Monday after the weekend to walk through how to make them work. No instructions in house for the tv's. They are not on a cable. Mold on cabinet where tub drains outside shower in downstairs suite. There was mold in all the bathroom showers. Broken outdoor chairs downstairs. Elevator has issues. Middle Garage door broken won't even lock I guess . The grill is a fire hazard the catch pan underneath is so full of grease the grill flares up and takes over 30 minutes to go out after the gas is turned off. Please note: after the seven (7) days, we cannot refund your advance rental payment unless equivalent revenue is generated from another rental customer for the same time period. When your reservation is confirmed, any cancellation, date or property changes will be subject to this policy. If the property re-rents and generates the equivalent revenue, we will refund your advance rental payment, minus a Cancellation Fee of 10% of the published rate.
For reservations booked within 30 days of arrival: You may cancel, change dates, or switch properties on the same day of the booking.
