Location, location, location
This house perfectly suited our needs. The location on Sandy dead end road with deeded beach access is perfect. Great gulf views and the way the house is angled more privacy than most. Lovely pool on beachside of house. Loved the smaller size of the house. Overall we had a great time. The house had basic kitchen items which could stand to be updated. The appliances and other features could also use some updating. The house was very clean. And the beds!! The beds were so comfortable. We also loved the screen room. Arabella's Dream-St George Island
Beautiful ocean view. Nice private pool. Easy walk to the beach. Nice area. Dog friendly. Kitchen was adequately stocked. Interior could use updating, but it was clean and comfortable. Great little beach house!
This was our first stay in Arabella's Dream and it was fabulous! It is situated in a great location back from the beach. There are houses in front but it doesn't really block your view of the water. The house itself was clean, but older and could use a few updates here and there. Nothing that got in the way of our vacation though. The pool was a great addition and the laundry is full of the odd piece of beach and pool gear that came in handy. Q: CANCELLATION and RESERVATION CHANGES- Staff S. Posted: 04/24/2024A:For reservations booked in advance (greater than 30 days prior to arrival): You may cancel, change dates, or switch properties within seven (7) days of the contract date with no penalty. Please note: after the seven (7) days, we cannot refund your advance rental payment unless equivalent revenue is generated from another rental customer for the same time period. When your reservation is confirmed, any cancellation, date or property changes will be subject to this policy. If the property re-rents and generates the equivalent revenue, we will refund your advance rental payment, minus a Cancellation Fee of 10% of the published rate.
For reservations booked within 30 days of arrival: You may cancel, change dates, or switch properties on the same day of the booking. Please note: after your booking date, we cannot refund your rental payment unless equivalent revenue is generated from another rental customer for the same dates.
