Relaxation for All
If you are looking for relaxation this is the place to be. We have rented this home for 4 years in a row, with next year already booked. The house is tastefully decorated with beautiful colors. The kitchen is stocked with all the tools necessary to cook family meals. The front porch provides just the right amount of space to sit and enjoy people watching and the ocean! The pool area also provides plenty of space to enjoy the sun and the shade. Summer Salt is conveniently located to town and the ocean. Summer Salt was Just Perfect
Our stay at Summer Salt was perfect in every way. The home is open, decorated very beachy and everything is nice and new. The kitchen is well stocked with everything we needed for our stay. The beds are very comfortable and the view from the deck is amazing! Its a very short walk to the beach and the pool and entertainment area were a perfect way to end our days after being on the beach all day. We will be visiting again soon!! Summer Salt
Our family enjoyed Summer Salt during our stay. I highly recommend for a family. Even though it sleeps 9, the sleeper sofa wasn’t the most comfortable but our family was still able to rest. Summer Salt
Summer Salt is perfectly situated on at the corner of 5th and E. Gulf Beach Drive. You walk directly across the street and straight onto the boardwalk to the beach. The house is a new build (2017), squeaky clean, and the kitchen is fully stocked with everything you need to prepare meals for your family. There is a rectangular table that comfortably sits eight, plus three comfortable bar stools. This is our tenth trip to the island and our favorite accommodations. The house is a new build (2017), and a nice split floor plan with a laundry room. The king bed in the master was super comfortable; my husband and I slept soundly during our visit and we were well rested and renewed after our visit. The master shower was a huge walk-in with white subway tile and a teak stool for sitting. The entire pool area was nice and large, the pool has a double oval walk-in step, the pool furniture is nice and plentiful...couch and chairs in a covered area, and five adirondack chairs, and four nice chaises around the pool. Love this house!
Second stay at SGI and our favorite place by far! The owners have definitely been thoughtful in making our stay comfortable and complete. The location is great for beach access - even closer than we thought from looking at the pictures. Very well stocked kitchen - even a crockpot! Enjoyed having the covered area under the house by the pool. Only suggestion would be to have instructions for working the DVD players and TV’s. A second refrigerator would be really ice, also. Thank you to the owners for allowing us to enjoy your cozy home! Just Perfect
Summer Salt was the perfect house for our small family and guests. It was in the perfect location on a corner lot with easy walking to the island center. The price was great considering how close and easy it is to get to the beach. It's not beachfront but the view is excellent and we didn't pay beachfront prices. It's a straight shot to the boardwalk and renting a golf cart allowed us to explore the island. Couldn't have asked for a better house. It was beautiful inside and out, very nicely decorated and super clean. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook while there.
