We love the Plantation on SGI but this house... is tired. At a minimum, maintenance needs to go through. Many little things needing repair. The floor plan is nice but could use a refresher. Our group has had a rental fall through due to a hurricane in the past and with this past year's pandemic, we are a little nervous to book something that is non-refundable. When your reservation is confirmed, any cancellation, date or property changes will be subject to this policy. If the property re-rents and generates the equivalent revenue, we will refund your advance rental payment, minus a Cancellation Fee of 10% of the rate charged.
