The St. George Plantation is a luxurious gulf and bay front recreational community on the west end of St. George Island. Meticulously planned, the Plantation has used density controls, raised walkways, and underground utilities to maintain the area’s lush, pristine landscape.
With over five miles of beautiful, pristine white-sand beaches, the Plantation offers an ideal combination of seclusion and convenience. The Plantations offers over twenty-six over-dune boardwalks leading to the Gulf of Mexico. Nick’s Hole State Reserve offers walking tails around the Cove and a kayak launch into the Bay.
Amenities at the St. George Plantation include two large community pools, a Club House, fitness center open 24 hours a day, three tennis courts – one of which features two pickle ball courts, a 3,200-foot paved, privately owned/public use landing strip and 24-hour security. The Plantation is home to a wide variety of wildlife such as eagles, ospreys, owls, herons, shore birds and turtles. Guests of the Plantation have exclusive access to landscaped bike and walking paths, picnic areas, and to the excellent fishing and magnificent sunsets at Bob Sike's Cut.
