TROPICAL STORM ANDREA UPDATE AS OF 6/6/13 AT 2:30PM: Update from the National Hurricane Center: Tropical Storm Andrea is currently 50 miles offshore of Dixie County expected landfall around 4:00 in the Horseshoe Beach area. Due to Northern winds that we are experiencing, we do not expect any major flooding at this time. Additional rain fall of 2-3 inches is expected. Next update will be at 5:00 at which time we hope to lift any threat to Franklin County.
