St. George Island: Villas of St. George Island The Villas of St. George, located on the beach front, is within walking distanceof restaurants, shops, and the St. George Island Lighthouse Park. This condominium development consists of 42 units, (12 ground level and 30 townhomes) all of which have 2 bedrooms and 2 baths. Each living room and master bedroom opens to a patio or balcony via sliding glass doors. Some of the units have beach front views and others overlook the pool and the beach.  Many of these individually owned and decorated condos are offered for rental. Most units sleep six and all have central heat and air, fully equipped electric kitchens with dishwasher and microwave, color cable TV, and washer and dryer.
